What is curious to me about climate change is that China is belching huge cloulds of carbon into the atmosphere and the U.S. is emitting little girlish poots.

Yet liberals think the U.S. needs to lead the charge (and this is applicable only if climate change is remotely possible...and that is at best debatable).
