Here Snyder is attempting to do something positive for the Indian community. He’s trying to show he is sensitive to American Indians, in spite of liberal opinion that the Redskins name is racist and offensive.
The liberal reaction? They are sh***ng all over him. Instead of any positive praise, the liberals are heaping abuse on him.
Halfway measures, or symbolic measures, to try to mollify the liberals, just don’t work. They are still vultures who will never be happy, no matter what Snyder does.

The owner is so politically naive that he evidently doesn't know that snakes like Reid & Company are never satisfied with with a bone thrown their way, they want the whole body. Snyder just gave them more raw meat to sink their fangs into....and the owner is worse off than before he tried to buy the whole bunch of attackers off with a lame effort at "good works".
Snyder should have told them all to pound sand right at the onset of the fray...and then he should have taken off on a cruise on his new $70 million, 224 ft. yacht, the "Lady Anne".....laughing all the way to the Caribbean and his off-shore banks.
