Understood. I can differentiate between mere ‘dissidents’ and murderous ‘terrorists’; unfortunately, the DoINJ can’t and doesn’t. When dissidents cross the line into destruction and death of others, they belong in the latter category, and that group should get the maximum penalty.

Counter-argument: How many school busses did these distinguished gentlemen hit with anti-tank guns? How many suicide bombers did they send forth into crowded public places? Terrorism these days means targetting civilians, not soldiers.
