Now the Ukraine has just announced a FIFTY percent raise per gallon of gasoline to conform with the IMF demands being imposed on it.
The increase is for heating gas. It is heavily subsidized and the IMF doesn’t want their loan money going into that black hole.
Heating fuel is more important to them than auto gas.
They have no money left to subsidize and their broker is knocking at the door wanting his money owed.
