Al Sharpton, Democrats, honor woman convicted of voter fraud

While appearing at a rally to kick-off the campaign for an Ohio state constitutional amendment dealing with voters' rights, MSNBC host Al Sharpton and some Democrats honored Melowese Richardson, a former poll worker who was convicted in 2013 of voter fraud, Cincinnati.com reported Friday.

Richardson admitted voting twice for Obama in 2012, and was indicted for voting at least six times. She was also charged last year of illegal voting in the 2008 and 2011 elections.

She was sentenced to five years in prison, but was released and placed on probation after Democratic activists demanded a "fairer" term, Cincinnati.com said.

Apparently, upon noticing Richardson at the rally, held at the Word of Deliverance Church in Forest Park, Cincinnati National Action Network President Bobby Hilton called Richardson on stage for a "welcome home," where Sharpton hugged her.

The incident sparked outrage from Republicans on Twitter.

"How can you conduct a voting rights rally when you celebrate a person convicted of a voting felony?" asked Hamilton County Republican Party Chairman Alex Triantafilou. "Do local Democrats applaud a convicted felon for committing voter fraud, because they did at this rally." Richardson was convicted of four counts of illegal voting, and has previously been convicted of threatening to kill a witness in a criminal case against her brother, stealing, drunken driving and beating someone in a bar fight, Cincinnati.com said.

And keep in mind this was a rally to oppose voter ID, something this Richardson sewer rat proves the need for. Of course Dems deny there is any vote fraud, even as they treat someone who committed it like a conquering hero! And by the way, how does the Democratic party get a sentence by a judge seriously shortened down? What went on there to allow that to happen? More abuse of separation of powers by the Party of Evil?

The woman voted 6 times?

The Sanchez Sisters wish to know what the hell lazybones did with the rest of her day. Furthermore, there is no evidence of multiple absentee ballots. This is low-level, amateur fraud. Sorry. Not up to Ed Rendell, Donna Brazile, or Dick Daley standards.

A real Democrat would be ashamed to take street money for such a poor showing.

I have always said that the rats champion and glorify illegal/unethical behavior. This is evil, but this is what rats do as a matter of course.

The new Republican Senate needs to tie this into all the other scandals that involve Democrats trying to manipulate elections: IRS suppression of the TeaParty, governments attacks on "True the Vote" which tries to get election monitors into polling places to prevent vote fraud, putting a movie maker in jail for Benghazi to hide the administration's culpability in a terrorist attack on 9/11 before the 2012 election, attempts to put government monitors in news rooms, etc, etc.

One big hearing that brings together all these things together will help show a pattern of Democrat corruption.
