Sorry, but if I were her father, I would hunt down this judge and give him the opinion of my model 700. Up close and in person. We have reached the point where a family cannot keep its children. Let me second that motion. These "civil" issues can no longer be resolved by "being civil." If the state insists on tyranny, let it reap its own reward.

I think the time for action was long ago. Nor is this new amongst those entrusted to judge others righteously. And even though it HAS gone too far, the real problem is our long-lived silence on most issues. We have been subdued by the obvious. And they, are just going through the motions.
