Even back when I drank, I never heard of Tequila that cheap. Not sure I’d want to have drank that. Just saying.

Not since I came across a liquor store that was going out of business
and having a half-price sale in Acapulco thirty years ago.
When I worked for the vineyard, I could buy a case of wine that cost $15 per bottle, for $1 each. The upcharge as it gets handled from producer to shipper, to warehouse to the ABC, has got to be huge.
