Let me get this straight, we have a game involving what some would do to a domestic terrorist nuke bomb. WHY? Seems to me there is no reason to consider what anyone else thinks, what they NEED TO KNOW is if it happens and we are certain from whence it came, they are history, totally. To work out policy and procedures quirks . .in the middle of a crisis like that we don't want to find out key players missing or out of the loop, or that technology limitations exists where we can't communicate properly or do something/get something in a timely manner, etc. . .stuff like that.

Wargames are wargames, nuke or not.
