All I know is if GWB was President, it would have been an American space based laser test and the Republicans have no compassion for human life.
I am still going with a space based laser test. Heck, we can shoot down missiles from outer space, we can knock rockets out of the sky, why not hit a moving aircraft?
And then behind the scenes send a message to the Chinese and Norks to knock it off or we will shoot down every military aircraft they send up.
