There was a pharmacist in Oklahoma City that shot a robber in his store. He stepped over him and went outside. Then he came back inside, walked past him again and got ANOTHER GUN, walked back to the guy on the floor (was still there and not moving all that time) and he proceeded to shoot him about four or five more times ... LOL ...
Now that pharmacist was charged with murder and I do believe he was convicted!
