A guy who drove a snowplow for a small town related that his snowplow would turn up dead cats in the streets around a certain cranky old guy’s house. When it snowed heavily, he would shoot the ubiquitous cats in the neighborhood, some feral, and some from neighbors who allowed their pets outside.
