If I could change two laws I could turn this country around. First, I would outlaw withholding and quarterly payments. Everybody would have to write a big annual check by April 15th and no one would be getting anything back.
Then I would mandate that election day was April 16th.

Mark Levin included your election day idea in his "liberty amendments."
