If I could change two laws I could turn this country around. First, I would outlaw withholding and quarterly payments. Everybody would have to write a big annual check by April 15th and no one would be getting anything back.

Then I would mandate that election day was April 16th.

Quarterly would be enough. I'd guess that half the people couldn't come up with the payment.

Mark Levin included your election day idea in his "liberty amendments."
