I asure you fine ladies that if any industrial ad manager spent this kind of money and achieved Karl's kind of results, he would be immediately canned, but not before hours of water torture to make sure he wasn't working for the competition.
Ah, but this is where the "genius" part comes in. You see, despite massive failures and chronic underachievement, Karl keeps signing up the RNC and a host of big budget RINOs.
