No one in Ukraine is going to surrender their arms.
I wonder who are going to enforce it? They have just dismantled their police force and half of the military defected.
First, Russia is opposing the New World Order of Obama/EU/Soros, hence the demonization of Russia in the media.
Second, the EU/US used these neo-Nazis to overthrow the freely-elected (albeit corrupt) prior Ukrainian government. These guys were the foot soldiers. They are not giving up their guns or the ones they seized from the armories.
Third, the EU/US have broken Ukraine and won’t be able to fix it.
