A transgender woman accused of being a serial killer is blaming the 1990 murders of three prostitutes in Washington State on Douglas Perry, the person she identified as before her transition.
Donna Perry, 62, told police in 2012 in an affidavit filed in Spokane Superior Court that she had gender reassignment surgery in Thailand, and when a person transitions from male to female, "there's a great downturn in violence."
She also told police that she intentionally had the operation, which she underwent in 2000, "as a permanent way to control violence."
Perry is being held on $1 million bond in a Spokane County jail and declined to make a court appearance on murder charges this week, according to ABC affiliate KTLY, which first reported the story.

Great. So if “Doug” did the killing, does “Donna” go to male-pop or female-pop, or is the next line of BS that putting a transgender serial killer in either population is cruel and unusual punishment?
Seems the answer is to exeucte Douglas Perry and give Donna a pass.
'Donna' is s#@t out of luck if she shows up.
They should accuse Donna of being an accessory and then give her the chair....
I think her defense would be that "Douglas" has been executed already.....

Sounds like Donna has stumbled on a useful way of rehabilitating sex offenders.
You would think Planned Un-Parenthood abortion docs could moonlight as vets and “Fix” people like this free of charge if Planned Un-Parenthood was so concerned about controlling the population.....
A DNA test should resolve that issue quickly.

Does the fact that you’re now a peace loving woman change the fact that you killed a bunch of people as a violent, sick man? Does it bring those people back from the dead?

Then off to jail with you and hopefully in a state with the death penalty.
