I wonder if the people who did sign up and are eligible for the "subsidy" will continue to receive the subsidy even if they don't keep paying their share of the premium.

My guess is yes.

This doesn't answer your question, but a lot of folks are going to get a nasty surprise regarding those 'subsidies'. The public is generally ignorant on the issue .... it will be just one more "unexpected surprise" coming down the Obamacare pike.
