Surely, Democrats. And this is a surprise? Illegal voters and voting fraud has changed the dynamic of elections for years now, but NOTHING has been, or will be, done about it.

Because this is a prominently Democratic scheme to disenfranchise Republican and Independent voters, and Democratics control the election boards in practically every state of any volume, we have had our votes systematically neutered for years. Sadly, the Republican party had no idea how to change this.
