Rand Paul will win.
Rand Paul with his Amnesty plan, his head-in-the-sand Neville Chamberlin foreign policy philosophy, and his "Social Issues" have to take a back seat is probably the least likely to win, just as Romney was the least likely to win in 2012.
He doesn't have a chance in hell of winning.
