Unless the man repents on his death bed, he is going to be quite shocked when he meets Christ, because he is NOT a Christian.

Not everyone who says to Me, "Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, "Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' And then I will declare to them, "I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!' Matthew 7:21-23

So Mr. Fred Phelps, I would advise you to ask Christ to come into your heart now and ask for forgiveness, because if you do not you will soon be banished to the depths of hell,

We are not to pass judgement. I pray he finds Jesus before he dies.

However the world would be a better place without his family doing what they do.
