Pushing back on Russia, Biden vows more sanctions

WARSAW, Poland (AP) — Denouncing Russia’s actions in Crimea as ‘‘nothing more than a land grab,’’ Vice President Joe Biden warned Russia on Tuesday that the U.S. and Europe will impose further sanctions as Moscow moved to annex part of Ukraine.

With limited options, the United States was seeking ways to show it won’t stand idly by as Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a treaty for the Ukrainian peninsula of Crimea to join Russia. So far, Putin has been undeterred by sanctions and visa bans levied by the U.S. and the European Union, and there’s no U.S. appetite for military intervention.

‘‘Russia has offered a variety of arguments to justify what is nothing more than a land grab, including what he said today,’’ Biden said in Poland, which shares a border with both Russia and Ukraine. ‘‘But the world has seen through Russia’s actions and has rejected the flawed logic behind those actions.’’

And when it doesn’t work, our twisted pantywaist in chief will have to devise a new way to torture Americans to prove his manhood.

Just when you thought it simply could not get any worse, Biden shows up!

Man, this country is in deep weeds. We’ll all be lucky to get out alive.

What next? Biden tells Alaskans to go outside and fire off two shots from their shotguns??

Sept. 30, 1938, British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain signed the Munich Pact, handing portions of Czechoslovakia to Adolf Hitler’s Germany. Chamberlain returned to Britain to popular acclaim, declaring that he had secured “peace for our time.” Today the prime minister is generally portrayed as a foolish man who was wrong to try to “appease” Hitler—a cautionary tale for any leader silly enough to prefer negotiation to confrontation.

—— how similar / We have seen this play before ————

March 17th, 2014, US President Barack Hussein Obama leveled sanctions against seven Russian officials after Vladimir Putin moved on Ukraine - Seven Russian officials. Obama held up by the leftist US media was held in popular acclaim, declaring that he had secured “peace for our time.” During the 2016 presidential campaign the president is generally portrayed as a foolish man who was wrong to try to “appease” Putin - a cautionary tale for any leader silly enough to prefer negotiation to confrontation.

Hey bambi...Chamberlain called...to try and warn you against making the same “stupid” mistake.

Americans don’t even take Biden seriously, like Russia is gong to? Sanctions threats are pretty much a joke since Europe won’t be signing on - they need Russia’s energy fuels too much. Sanctions didn’t work against smaller countries like Iraq and Iran, does anyone really think they would work against Russia?

So much for nation building by the CIA. Better luck next time. This one didn’t pan out so well.

In addition to banning them from Disneyland and US Bank accounts, additional sanctions will include sending Biden to teach Ukrainian women how to shoot double barreled shotguns from upstairs windows.

This kind of hard line will cause the lowering of the “Comedy Curtain” and touch off a new Cold War throughout the former Warsaw Pact countries.

Soros’ International Renaissance Foundation (IRF), and his various Open Society institutes and foundations. The IRF, founded and funded by Soros, boasts that it has given “more than any other donor organization” to “democratic transformation” of Ukraine.

(Because he is such a caring man I’m sure)

The Obama team isn’t playing this game with a deep bench. Lurch goes in to nuance the Russians to sleep. Obama goes in with his gangsta rap by a fag rendition. Having failed thus far, they send in the idiot to highlight how idiotic we have become.

Bloomberg claims the sanctions working:

Russia Sounds Alarm on Economy as West Starts With Sanctions

http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2014-03-17/russia-sees-economy-tipping-into-crisis-as-western-sanctions-hit.html

Russia says it’s gonna cost them about $4 billion out of their $2 trillion economy to annex Crimea and the Ruble is going to lose strength against the dollar.

But as I read this bloomberg piece I can’t help but hear Putin crying, “Oh please Brer Obama, whatever you do, please don’t fling me into the briar patch.”
