What you have is a massive failure by law enforcement in Maryland. They panic at their failure and violate the Constitution wantonly to cover up their incompetence. They should be rounded up and sent to prison for breach of civil rights.
Pretty much the “emergency” of the day trumps any Constitutional Rights. These enforcement agents(I’m trying to be nice here)—not law enforcement because they are not enforcing law they are breaking it.
Pretty soon everything under the sun will be an “emergency” and there will be no presumption of any Rights to the free citizenry—soon to be subjects there for abuse and use of the government and their minions aka law enforcement.
Police officers this unprofessional, illegal and unethical behavior is turning many supporters of police officers into enemies. If you treat citizens as the the enemy, us vs. them long enough you will get what you want. Here’s the rub there is a hell of a lot more of us than you.
