He'll be gone a lot sooner than that. He's reached the end of his two-term limit, and this was his last speech as president before the upcoming elections. If he's smart, he'll take all he graft and move to Switzerland. More likely, he'll move to the US and become a college professor at some liberal Ivy League school. They love this kind of guy.
