No, no, and no. If an airline does not subscribe, the data is not available. The tracking of the aircraft would be calculated via satellite ground tracks that actually received the pings from the Iridium transponder on the 777.

If the 777 was taken over and flown to some third world hell hole like Iran, wouldn’t it look out of place if Malaysian Airlines didn’t serve that country or airport? If that’s the case, it would have stood out like a sore thumb. Certainly someone would have noticed. And still someone that may be willing to admit to having seen it. This is like the Twilight Zone episode “The Arrival” in reverse.
