Be happy for this dog. Hopefully it did find a good rescuer and home.

Thank those that are kind to animals. It tells a lot about the person.

I doubt they know whether this dog was abandoned. Huskies are notorious for running away. I’m glad they found him a home.

It’s heartbreaking how cruel people are to animals. In February, with all the extreme cold, someone abandoned six 4 week old puppies on a back road about 15 miles from where I live. A passing motorist spotted them. Only two of them were still alive, huddled together on top of the other four puppies that had frozen to death. They were malnourished and dehydrated, but the vets were able to save them.

Killing is a cruel action. Only God gives life. We can aid it and sustain it but life comes from God. It is to be supported. There are tragedies in life that can not be avoided, yet nurturing and giving life a chance is vital. Cruelty is never the answer. MO!

Often it is the result of children being carelessly taught the wrong actions. SHAME!

I can attest to that. For several years, I spent the eve before Thanksgiving rescuing abandoned dogs. I lived in a rural area then and it seemed people picked holiday weekends to dump animals along country roads.
