Between the homophobic birthday invitation (fake), the lesbian waitress receipt (fake) and Matthew Shepard (fake)… there seem to be more fake gay hate crimes than real ones.
A UNC-Chapel Hill freshman who told police he was attacked by a man who burned his hand and called him an anti-gay slur made a false report,
A lesbian couple spray painted the phrase “kill the gay” on their own garage
Floyd Elliott, of Independence, told police that two attackers cut him in the stomach, branded him with a hot knife, and attempted to carve the word “Fag” on his forehead. Later, Elliott admitted to police that the injuries were self-inflicted.
A Tennessee health food store owner who claimed that three men beat him and robbed his store in an anti-gay attack was arrested for filing a false police report
A rash of gay-bashing incidents at Tamalpais High School was the work of a student gay leader who claimed she was the victim of hate crimes,
A series of “hate crimes” at Vassar College were an elaborate hoax, carried out by the left-wing leader of the school’s official “Bias Incident Response Team.” Messages included “Hey Tranny. Know Your Place.”

Now Pennell has been expelled from the university and faces numerous criminal charges that she faked the notes,

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. But here’s one from 2012.
A young man who told police he was beaten up in a would-be hate crime appeared in court today admitting that he made the entire incident up.
The story of Joseph Baken travelled from Missoula, Montana across the country when a picture of his scratched and bruised face made waves on the internet.
Now, Baken has declared in court that he made the false police report after video surfaced of him attempting to do a back flip and failing.
So it was really an anti-somersault hate crime. And now here it comes again (graphic content at link), except this time it’s from the UK.
A drama student who became an internet sensation after claiming he was savagely beaten up for being gay has admitted he caused his injuries himself when he tripped on the pavement.
Richard Kennedy, 18, from Blackpool, told police he was set upon by a gang of homophobes when he left a gay nightclub in Preston, Lancashire,.
He posted photographs on Facebook of his battered and bleeding face, dislodged teeth, and gaping knee wound, with the caption ‘An example [of] why homophobia is wrong and it’s disgusting that it’s still around in 2014′.
“A sex life is private and has nothing to do with no one, needless to say it’s absolutely disgraceful to violently attack someone because of who they are. My confidence has gone, im utterly embarrassed to be seen in public, the only reason I am putting this picture up is because I want you to see me as an example. An example why homophobia is wrong and it’s disgusting that it’s still around in 2014.”
The post was shared by more than 182,000 well-wishers.
Even though Kennedy had given a fairly detailed description of what happened, writing, “got violently assaulted last night by a group of c___s, all because of my sexuality, covered in blood and literally stomped on my face causing my teeth to go into my gums,” the police decided to pretend that it was all a big misunderstanding.
“This is just another homophobic attack that happens every day, but it needs to stop, this is wrong, this is disgusting and using sexual preference as a motive to be violent and abusive is utter inhumane,” Kennedy wrote.
I agree. This rash of fake homophobic crimes is disgusting, abusive and needs to stop.
But just wait. Tomorrow there will be another one and that Drama major you went to college with will share it along with a rainbow flag and some nasty comment about Republicans.
The book could have ‘experts’ explaining the hatred behind these attacks on conservative white men. And an historical perspective.. Someone has a best seller...

I believe that it was only recently that it came out about Matthew Shepherd’s having been killed by his boyfriend.
There were no evil Christian rednecks going around killing poor little homosexual men.
The hate coming from the left would change a persons life if they were targeted. So sad what evil has permeated in this nation. O called in from help below.
No one has interviewwd members of the gay community and ask them how they feel about the lies and slander against all conservative heterosexual men either OldLady.

No one has asked the press either about piling on with their hatred of conservative men - and then not writing a retraction when the truth came out.
Seems the New York Times and Washington Post really are tone deaf - can't see an interesting story if it's screaming at them. Or maybe it's hatred on their part - which is my guess... The press wanted a chance to hate conservative men - and their hatred blinded them to looking for the truth.
