Given the federal government’s constitutionally limited powers, powers which don’t include regulating, taxing and spending for public healthcare purposes, I wish that the article would have included protestor’s arguments, if any, for ignoring the federal government’s limited powers.
Is this the Bill that was fast tracked in Dec. for passage in Jan. 2014?
SC might be the most conservative state...
