By the way, Socialists and Communists have always advocated enormously expensive social-welfare schemes like British National Health in 1961-2, precisely to cripple their host nations' ability to defend themselves at moments like the one we are seeing right now.
Crimea and the Ukraine and the Russian Empire and the advance of totalitarianism everywhere are precisely the reasons -- the drivers -- for socialized medicine and social welfare in the West.
Because, you see, only in totalitarian societies, can some people make other people eat dirt, to the satisfaction of some people, who must have their props and their chops at the expense of others.
