Hussein speaks a form of non-standard English as well, close to Ebonics, but certainly not the language used for centuries by educated Americans of all regions. As a case in point, he constantly refers to Massachusetts as "Mass-a-TWO-chets". And in the SOTU a few years back, he repeatedly spoke of "EEE-lec-tron-ix", placing the emphasis on the wrong syllable.

In contrast George W. Bush's arguable mispronunciation of nuclear is one that I've heard frequently from all manner of well-spoken, articulate men, including my very wise coC preacher who hails from out in the western part of Texas.

He pronounces it the same way as Former President Carter, a former nuclear engineer.

When Ted Kennedy was still vertical and a senator with his pal, JFKerry, that place up north was known as “Mass-of-two-shits.”
