“Even the brightest could not envision that every aspect of the thing was bogus...”

Well, I’m certainly NOT the brightest bulb in the chandelier but I believed before it was ever unveiled that every aspect of it would be bogus. What possible reason was there for anyone but a ding dong doofus from Duluth to think there would be anything legitimate about it?
By “bogus” I meant that not only were they poised to set up a Marxist replacement for the U.S. health care system, by claiming that they were helping the few who were uninsured (alone equivalent to killing a an with an atom bomb), but they knew that the very wheels and cogs of the new system would not even operate from the get go. The Obama administration are a demolition derby. They are out to destroy the U.S. economy and the pocketbooks of its working citizens, so that they would become totally reliant on government. You are right that one could have anticipated that the software itself would be pasted together from scrap heaps by the likes of Michelle Obama’s incompetent cronies and be paid amounts with so many more zeros at the end than imaginable even to the most jaded of government contractors.
