Unfortunatly, Mitt Romney lives in a world of privilege that believes anyone who wants to improve themselves can do so. It's the world that thinks they got where they are by superior intelligence and hard work. A few trips to inner city schools would've done him some good.
GWB came across as someone who thought he was just ploain lucky to be where he was. It's a much less grating stance.
JMHO
