Obama knew CIA secretly monitored intelligence committee, senator claims

A leading US senator has said that President Obama knew of an “unprecedented action” taken by the CIA against the Senate intelligence committee, which has apparently prompted an inspector general’s inquiry at Langley.

The subtle reference in a Tuesday letter from Senator Mark Udall to Obama, seeking to enlist the president’s help in declassifying a 6,300-page inquiry by the committee into torture carried out by CIA interrogators after 9/11, threatens to plunge the White House into a battle between the agency and its Senate overseers.

I doubt Mr. Obama knows much of anything. He just knows what he reads from the newspapers.
I'm sure someone told Mr. Obama about it, while he was dashing off to the golf course, or to the gym, or to watch ESPN - but it probably went in one ear and out the other.

Dianne Feinstein chairs the Senate Intelligence committee. While mayor she was directly responsible for more deaths by a serial killer because she revealed all the information the police had on the killer. The killer, listening on the radio of his stolen car immediately killed somebody else and took their car. He killed several more. So, I think the CIA should keep close watch on these idiots.

As the Lame Duck starts getting thrown under the bus on upcoming legislation by his own Congresscritters expect him and V.J. to fight back with N.S.A. and C.I.A. gathered material.

Then we can order the Popcorn.

Let’s see how Chuckles Schumer likes them releasing the kiddi porn sites he visits or Harry Reid’s personal photo collection of Beastiality pics.

This administration is making Ayn Rand and George Orwell’s novels look tame by comparison. They have outdone even Chicago in corruption and that’s saying a lot.

Dem controlled committee. The matter will be swept under the rug with a few presidential favors to assuage the offended senators. Pubbies will do their usual step into the background.

It seems that Obama is immune from impeachment.

I was in a meeting about 4 years back. Our CEO was typing into his laptop and a senior manager, told him that something was spelled wrong.
The CEO’s response, “Why are you reading my screen? Get out. You’re fired.”
That was the last time I saw that manager.
Seems like a similar spying scenario.

How dumb can the “intelligence” agencies be? This is about the only thing they could have done that might raise the ire of the politicians enough to do something to rein them in. They could have broken all the rules they wanted, engaged in all their usual dirty tricks, as long as they didn’t ruffle the politicians’ feathers, but no, they could not resist.
