Maybe but he got photoed for real with two porn chicks about a year ago. Seems to be a trend.
It looks to me like it was photo “bombed”.
Why do you say it’s photoshopped? It looks just like a flash-photo taken in a fairly dark room should look.

Really? That's getting so cliche -- people who want to sound smart shouting "photoshopped!" whenever some sensational photo comes along. If it turns out to be real no one remembers, but if it turns out to be faked you point back to your statement to show how sharp you were. For the record, it's real. If it were photoshopped it was done by a forger with a serious understanding of the nuances of photography and digital imagery.
Looks like a a real photo to me...
I mean Bill Clinton with two prostitutes hanging on to him is rather normal...
