What a strange map. I doesn’t show the border between Tennessee and North Carolina.
I’m sure some pretty smart people plotted that map, but I just don’t believe it. It’s going to depend heavily on the prevailing winds at the time of the eruption. I don’t see the Southwest taking the initial cloud that heavily.
Eventually, no matter what the local winds are like, the dust cloud will cover the entire N. Hemisphere. A very large number of people will die in the years following such an event. I hope I’m dead of old age before this firecracker goes off.
Gonna have fun on both coast without the middle section farmer/ rancher. Would be like “Walking Dead” cannibal city.
