Interesting that in his long article and his many esoteric examples of associations, I didn’t see any regarding races or national origins or languages.

I’m in favor of what he’s promoting, but I didn’t see anywhere how he would roll back all the anti discrimination laws since basically that’s what he’s advocating.

The federal Civil Rights Act prevents rolling it back. I expect Congress to add homosexuals to the protected categories under federal law soon - after all, they experience SOOOO much discrimination (YGBSM!). Unhappily, both of Arizona’s senators would vote in favor of doing so...

Freedom of Association died in the mid-1960s with the Civil Rights Act - as predicted by conservatives.
