Semiannual elections are increasingly for show, to condone the illegitimate powers of the uniparty. Elections alone cannot reverse our dive into despotism.

How did this happen in a free republic, to a self-governing people? Answer: One hundred and one years ago, the left sold the snake-oil of democracy to a people who forgot the lessons of our framing generation. Until we re-federalize the government and return power to a senate of the states, our horrible fate is sealed.
