Also, his request to carry a machete should be granted.
How’s that poor kid faring? How’s he recovering from being decapitated while sleeping on a bus trip? Oh, that’s right. He’s still dead. Rest in peace. That murderer should never leave incarceration.
Let the good doctor take him home for dinner. Perhaps that should be rephrased since the good doctor may BECCOME dinner.
This subject came up in the Quincy show many years ago (a fiction series about a medical examiner). I recall that Dr. Quincy went on a fairly long tirade about how a verdict selection in trials should be, "Insane, but guilty", rather than "Not guilty by reason of insanity." Such a verdict would keep these animals off the streets regardless of how they do in a mental hospital.
Bingo, we have a winner !!
My demand:
This ‘doctor’ can take this creep home-—to his own home., with HIS wife and His children.
He can provide beds, sheets, showers,towels, food, dishes, & utensils for this person the ‘doctor’ thinks if no longer violent.
He can provide heat, water, entertainment-—all the things the rest of us PAY for with our own earnings.
I don’t want ANY such dangerous person put into the general population of the community.
The only way I would let this happen is IF the ‘doctor’ was responsible for this person—forever!!!
Anything that goes wrong goes against the ‘doctor’.
Let him put his safety & money his license where his mouth is!
