I think they should have written the law better, they could have made it mention “Artists” and “Artwork” that is made for sale.
It is one thing to discriminate against selling people prepackaged or consistent goods, and quite another to produce individualized artwork.
A wedding cake would be a custom piece of Art, especially if it was created by an small “artisan” bakery. As would any other product that is individualized and created with a sense of art that can be requested by the customer and fulfilled by the artisan. The artisan doing this specific work can and should be able to refuse the request for any reason. Also most wedding cakes are delivered and setup at the event as well, which also crosses into that artisan thing again as presentation of the product s an art as well.
How would leftists feel if they had owned a print shop that specialized in custom banners and the screwballs from the KKK forced them to make their signs for their next rally in front of a gay black wedding ceremony?
They start forcing bakers to make cakes I say it is time to find the liberal businesses and start making them make us stuff and any sign of “funny business” gets them a lawsuit.

Mrs S works 7 blocks from the White Hut, every time he goes out for a burger or golf he shuts down the city in pure stand still gridlock for 40 minutes. Then it’s heavy traffic, the worst in the country. I can’t count how many 2 hour commutes she’s had.
When all this, including Sodomite “marriage”, goes to the Supremes and they uphold these lower court rulings, and they will with pro sodomy Kennedy’s vote, this country is going to implode.
