Some Girl Scouts had a table set up outside a local store selling cookies the other day.
They asked me if I wanted to buy some. I politely declined, never mentioning Planned Parenthood or any specific issue.
One of the little brats muttered an obscenity at me under her breath. I am through with the Girl Scouts.
Oh, I DID say something. I called the adult in the booth over to me and told them exactly how I felt. She denied any Planned Predator affiliation, so I corrected her and suggested she think twice about her little ones participation in anything to do with the filthy, bloody baby-killers. She looked at me dumbfounded, and I walked away.
I think the way I'm going to handle it is to say that "I won't buy the cookies, but here's a few dollars to use for your troop's activities". The girls will be happy and the parents will get the message.
