Yes but you can’t cheat a citizen like you can a illegal and you can’t pay them next to nothing like you can. And you can’t just call ICE and have them picked up when their wages are do.

I don't know what you are talking about. I'm in farm country in NC, so this isn't a "feeling". It is fact. There are precious few illegals here, so ICE is not a factor. This falls under the H2-A Visa program. The farmer files with the State Dept when there are no American workers available.

There is no "cheating" of the workers: they get minimum wage, and they enjoy it. Their children are picked up and educated for free, and they have turned entire communities into Hispanic communities.

They will even talk freely to you: they are legal; they are here because Americans will not work.
