Ahhhhh---The Third World's fluid corrupt minds are a wonderment. Read on.
THE MIAMI HERALD REPORTS--alleged kiddie-prostitute, Nexis de los Santos Santana, and her Dominican lawyer, Miguel Galván, entered sworn statements in a Dominican Republic court, claiming they were duped as part of an elaborate plan hatched by another Dominican lawyer under the guise of a divorce case involving Menendez donor Dr Salomon Melgen.
I never went to bed with [Menendez or Melgen]. I dont know them, de los Santos, 23, said in the testimony.
(waiting for hysterical laughter to die down)
CONCLUSION Prostie claims she was gonna get paid to say "she did"----but now shes getting paid even more to say "she didnt." Sure would be fun to see Menendezs emails, cellphone records, mobile devices. The degenerate Senator musta been burning up the transcontinental lines to save his sorry a**.
The kiddie prostitute's denial deal must involve a buncha money. as Judge Judy might say: Show me where you got the money.
HERE'S A FEW SUGGESTIONS:
<><> keep an eye on Menendezs Senatorial earmarks;
<><> Keep track of transfers from accounts held by his lobbying gal-pal;
<><> note well billion dollar Senate appropriations to the Dominican Republic earmarked for the children;
<><> watch Obama drop several hundred billion tax dollars on the DR as a token of his gratitude for saving Menendez;
<><> the kiddie's denial deal could involve a chunk of Menendez/Melgen's port security action(big bucks from drug cartels to smuggle drugs in Dominican port cargo?).
POLITICO'S KEVIN CIRILLI reported 3/6/13 that Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ) said it isnt necessary for him to return to the Dominican Republic after a judge there looking into prostitution allegations indicated that he wants to hear from the New Jersey Democrat or a representative on his behalf.
Well have our lawyer look at it, but the bottom line is they dont need me to pursue all of the interests and issues that lie within the Dominican Republic, Menendez told The New Jersey Star-Ledger. I dont know what I could tell them that would change anything.
Menendez has been mired in controversy recently amid claims that he visited with underage prostitutes in the Dominican Republic while staying with Salomon Melgen, a Florida doctor and campaign donor. Menendez has denied the allegations. Menendez has maintained all along that he never paid prostitutes for sex, said he is looking forward to whatever evidence emerges from courts in the Dominican Republic to vindicate him.
ASSOCIATED PRESS reported that Dominican Judge Ismael Ramirez ordered testimony from Menendez and Melgen. They wouldnt be required to appear in court at a June 10 hearing but could send attorneys. A Menendez spokeswoman told the AP that the senator doesnt plan to attend. The ruling came after 23-year-old woman Nexis de los Santos filed legal documents in the Dominican Republic asking officials to block any possible arrests that would result from what she now says are her false allegations that she was a prostitute involved in the scandal, according to the AP.
Despite the controversy dogging him for weeks, Menendez told The NJ Star-Ledger that he has remained focused on his job. I havent missed a beat, and Im not going to allow baseless, anonymous smears to deviate my attention to the work on behalf of the people of New Jersey, as well as the chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, he said. A Dominican lawyer last year released an affidavit from a 23-year-old woman saying she fabricated a story about Menendez paying her for sex. "I've always said that these are false, they're smears," Se Menendez told reporters at the Capitol, referring to published reports that he paid prostitutes for sex in the Dominican Republic. "And, so, I look forward to seeing whatever the Dominican courts have that prove what I've said all along."
Vincio Castillo Seman, a Dominican lawyer, told reporters at a news conference last year in the Dominican Republic that a woman identified as Nexis de los Santos now claims both that she "never went to bed with" Menendez and never actually met him.
Castillo, the son of a Dominican presidential adviser and the brother of a member of the country's Congress, has been entwined in the scandal himself, accused of hosting outings on his yacht in which Menendez used the services of prostitutes. Like Menendez, he has strongly denied the allegations.
Castillo said he would seek a criminal probe into the source of the reports. On Monday, Castillo distributed copies of the woman's sworn statement to reporters. The woman did not attend. Castillo said de los Santos claims she and a friend were approached by another Dominican lawyer, Melanio Figueroa. The two women recited the accusations on a video that was recorded without their consent, he said.
In an interview with The Miami Herald, Figueroa denied orchestrating the accusations against Menendez. "It was a case that I handled for these women and faithfully represented them for what they said," he said. Just before Menendez's successful re-election in November, The Daily Caller, a conservative website, published a story that included a video interview with two women who claimed to be prostitutes.
The women - whose faces were blurred in the video - said Menendez paid them $100 for sex after agreeing to a fee of $500.bOn its website early Tuesday, The Daily Caller said neither of the women in the video identified herself as Nexis de los Santos. The website also said both women consented to the presence of a video webcam.
SEX VIDEO In the video released last year, the two women also claimed they had sex with Castillo and Dr. Salomon Melgen, a Florida eye doctor of Dominican descent who is a prominent Democratic campaign contributor and a major supporter of Menendez. De los Santos claims those allegations are also fabricated. Melgen said in a statement that he is pleased Dominican authorities are investigating the prostitution claims, which he says are false.
THE DAILY CALLER REPORTED that the The Washington Post falsely reported a story yesterday claiming a Daily Caller source had recanted her statement, without contacting The Daily Caller for comment before posting. (Excerpt) Read more at dailycaller.com ...

POLITICO revealed that Dr Melgen assiduously courted President Barack Obama and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, but that Melgen was unhappy with the return on his campaign donation "investments."
After meeting briefly with Obama at a 2010 fundraiser that Dr Melgen paid $30,400 to co-host, the eye doctor complained that Obama didnt even give him the time of day, according to a source who travels in the same Miami political circles as Melgen. The source said Melgen also expressed frustration that he couldnt take his concerns about his questionable Medicare billing practices directly to Obamas Health and Human Services Secretary, Kathleen Sebelius.
He was ranting about HHS and Sebelius not understanding and not wanting to listen to him and not giving him a hearing, said the source, who did not want to be identified WRT revealing the contents of private conversations.

Melgen (under investigation for govt fraud) paid
$30,400 for the privilege of co-hosting a 2009 fundraiser
for Democrats' DSCC committee then-headed by NJ's Menendez.
Menendez has acknowledged flying on Melgen's private jet to the Dominican Republic twice and was compelled to reimburse $58,000 for the two flights that he had previously failed to report.

Awesome.....you’ve been busy digging up the dirt....you go girl!!!
Good info
I worked in Washington for forty years and never saw an ugly woman in a senator or congressman’s office. Powerful/and/or rich people are magnet’s for the ambitious young climbers and their all too eager bosses. Think Bill Clinton and Bob Packwood. That only scratches the surface.
” I never went to bed with [Menendez or Melgen]. I dont know them,
Now that’s a stand up gal.

Menendez must be sweating bullets—ace WNBC investigative reporter, Jonathan Dienst, is investigating Menendez’s widespread corrupt activities (not in NJ but in the Third World).
Dienst did the towering investigation of NJ Sen Robert Torricelli which forced the crook out of office which aired in a 45-minute long segment on broadcast TV.
Dienst himself has said “....the investigation of Senator Torricellis alleged corruption was an extraordinary exercise in journalism; going out and spending about six months on that story working almost non-stop digging and digging, trying to find corroboration to allegations that the senator had an improper relationship with a convicted felon.”
” So we were out meeting with merchants, meeting with defense lawyers, meeting with investigators, members of Congress, and meeting with anyone who might have information about the senators alleged wrong doing.” ‘’
“We obtained documents, tapes and materials and it was at a very important time. The election was coming up, the balance of power weighed in the balance and the fact that we were able to show and highlight some of the senators activities so that the voters knew. That was an incredible story to be a part of.”

MORTGAGE MELTDOWN---TAXPAYERS GET SOCKED A 2009 Wall Street Journal investigative report WRT the subprime mortgage borrowing spree that wreaked havoc on the US economy revealed that----according to the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council---financial schemes by low-income housing groups, Hispanic lawmakers on Capitol Hill, including a congressional Hispanic housing initiative, subprime mortgage lenders and brokers, colluded together in fraudulent schemes to increase homeownership among Latinos using falsified applications, and other tricks of the trade.
The massive mortgage fraud ended in disaster for which no one has been held responsible. Taxpayers got saddled with billions of dollars in bailout bills.
These subprime activities were not simply the mortgage market at work. They were fueled by avarice, greed, stupidity--all enabled by Congressmen and other groups which leave a trail at the door of then-Cong Joe Baca (D-Cali).
Between 2000 and 2009, Hispanic populations increased; but Hispanic home ownership grew even faster, increasing by 47%, to 6.1 million from 4.1 million, according to the US Census Bureau.
Over that same period, homeownership nationally grew by an enemic 8%. In 2005 alone, mortgages to Hispanics jumped by 29%; Latinos with multiple fraudulent identities in low-paying jobs obtained costly non-prime mortgages---soaring to a shocking 169%, (Research provided by Wall Street Journal)
The subprime mortgage bank fraud network was spearheaded by then-Cong Joe Baca (D-Calif 43rd), in his powerful position as chairman of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus. Baca's district ranks No.5 among all US Congressional districts in percentage of home loans tailored to sub-prime borrowers.
Baca used his the legislative power of his elected office----- and his leadership position in the Congressional Hispanic Caucus------ to calculatedly launch a housing initiative called "HOGAR"-- Spanish for home. conspiract and colluisopn the Congressuial Hispanic caucuss has been quiet about his role in financing, and, earmarking the blood-thirsty America-hating La Raza.
La Raza aided and abetted risky federal and private-home loans to latinos over the last decade by blindsiding the lending industry w/ its version dont ask, dont tell.

NON-STOP CONSPIRACY AND COLLUSION: the Congressional Hispanic caucuss has been quiet about his role in financing, and, earmarking the blood-thirsty, America-hating La Raza.
Shockingly, the race-based "La Raza" was given tax dollars and Congressionsl earmarks to finance its so-called "mortgage activities." La Raza's "strategic partnerships with Wachovia and Bank of America forced ruinous sub-prime mortgage-application requirements and diminished documentation standards on the lending industry
In addition to millions of federal tax dollars, La Raza also collected a $1 million Democratic earmark that funded community-development projects. Analysts report that much of it went to "mortgage counseling."
There is a pastor in Maine, a man who get’s a huge amount of credit for both the creation of Maine State Militia and the Secession movement of Maine, starting way back in 1985.
For years, going back as far as Senator Cohen, he has been saying, and I quote from memory having heard it so many times.
“Nothing will change till Congress, the Courts, administration, police, and top brass in the military fear their inevitable meeting with Christ more than they love money, power, and having sex with 7 to 12 year olds.”
Worthy of a repeat.

And unfortunately true.
