National Democrats and liberal activists are taking enormous legal and political risks with the lawless activities in Texas caught on the Project Veritas tapes. But they see Texas as such a strategic prize that they believe its worth that risk, and that victory must be achieved at any cost.
When registering voters, Texas law makes it illegal for a volunteer registrar to transcribe, copy, or otherwise record a telephone number furnished on a registration application. It specifically provides that you cannot copy the name, address, or phone number.
Yet the latest video James OKeefe has made public, focused primarily on a woman named Jennifer Longoria who is designated as Field Organizer for Battleground Texas, shows them openly saying that when they register voters they copy the phone number into their database, so that they can call those people at a later date.

Any response from the Republican Party or are they cowering in the tall grass afraid of offending anyone?
It’ll be a tough fight; the Dems have been stealing elections in Texas at least since the Kenedy election. The 4 large Metro areas are solidly blue and they assume if its black, brown, or has a uterus its a potential Democrat. And HUD, since Katrina, has bussed in and relocated in free housing, the Dem voter base from Louisiana, Mississippi and other points south as well as north in the suburbs of at least 3 of those major metro areas.
The only real hope is low turnout in the cities combined with some semblance of election integrity in places other than South Texas, (rightfully identified as a banana republic). But the Etcha Sketch, electronic voting machines make it far easier for Dems to steal elections in any county they control.
They are Dem’s.
To Dem’s the law is superfluous, it doesn’t apply to them at all.
Dem’s are all about power. Building political power so that they may rob and cheat their neighbors.
Vile and profane, Dem’s are despots in training, tyranny in action.
This is so they can call and wake up their voters on election day and tell them how much they’ll be paid if they show up to vote.
When the lines get long at the end of the day with these loafers, they find a Clinton appointed judge to extend the hours so that all Democrat voters, even the dead ones, have plenty of time to cast their ballots. If there aren’t enough at the end of the lengthened day, they can always hack the computers and make the numbers match the inflated registration numbers they’ve recorded earlier. That’s how Obama’s miraculous “get out the vote” netted him a second term.
Voting no longer works in America. Someone will have to think of a better system.
Turnout on the left is no longer an issue. The 'Rats just want names on the voter rolls. No need to show up. They have a service, for your convenience, to vote in your stead. No need to put down your 'Bama Pho', your hot chocolate, your crack pipe. Just get your name on Barry's database and they'll take it from there. Heck, you don't even need to exist.

Famous old quote: when the soap box, the jury box, and the ballot box fail, we’re down to the cartridge box.
Dims play to win all the time.
To Texas Freepers: WE CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!

Here is a link to Texas Secretary of State Elections Dept. On this page is a link to pdf copy of their complaint form.
Put links to Breitbart and youtube in the body of the complaint and FAX IT!!
And pray - our complaint becomes public record.
I sincerely doubt that it's just in Texas.
It's surely not but Texas is the big prize now that California has been lost.
The Founding Generation figured out the proper response to unbridled tyranny. So should we.
BUMP for TEXAS!
