Throw away gun? My best guess would be, absolutely. The police scrambled to cover their butts.
I think you have some rookie punk who wanted to shoot somebody to see
what it feeeels like. And to also get attention from people in an attempt for others
to feel sorry for him because he had to do it. This isn't about the innocent elderly man,
this is about a murderer wearing a uniform to get away with Murder.
