Even Oregon voted over 70% against gay marriage!
If you mean the marriage amendment in 2004, Oregon passed it by 57%. It would be much closer now, if it passed at all. CA lost 9% in 8 years between 2000’s prop 22 at 61% and 2008’s prop 8 at 52%.
The states that did pass their amendments in the middle of the last decade by 65%-70%+ ranges are probably a ways away from being vulnerable to a popular vote repeal. The ones that passed them in the 50% ranges in the middle of the last decade are probably vulnerable. Of course that’s if our black robed masters deign to let it get that far.
