Exactly. And put more pressure on Congress to bail out insurance companies.. which of course is pure crony capitalism i.e. Fascism. And keeps the DNC coffers full from protection money. And the low information voter thinks democrats are more ‘compassionate’.

No they dont need to raise costs. the ACA already has a provision to cover the funding loss of the providers in the exchanges if there is not enough receivables to support the plan.
