Turmeric is becoming a popular supplement for aging aches and pains.

I use Curamin for my bad back and I really think it helps. It also seems to extend the effectiveness of my OTC pain pills (aspirin or Aleve).

I started taking Turmeric Supreme, which is turmeric with black-pepper extract about two weeks ago, and I like it a lot, AND,

I started my 11-year-old Aussie mix on CucuVET for his arthritis about a week ago.

At the very least, our livers will be well-protected!

Piperine (black pepper extract) is reported to enhance absorption of turmeric (curcumin), which is a root herb related to ginger, and different herb from cumin.
