the motor in my Toyota blew a few weeks ago, I picked up a low miles one out of a crash from a private party and had a small indeopendent mechanic do the swap
Turns out the guy was Vietnamese, when I was paying him for the job we sat down and he told me the story of his life over some coffee
he said he was captured during the final week of the fall of Saigon doing a "special forces" type raid after his 3 other buddies got killed when the raid failed. After being held captive and tortured in an undergorund torture facility for 2-1/2 years by the communist thugs, they got bored and let him out and he fled to the USA.
In summation he said that in the years that he has been in America that he loves so dearly , ( he expressed how much he loves america and the people and culture here ), he said he is sad to see the USA incrementally slide into the same mistake that South Vietnam fell into. He said he sees a defined slide into the same fools trap of communist tyranny that the people of Vietnam fell for because of a hijacked news/info media and the resulting political coup that the people fall for and it greives him.
I really learned a lot from talking to him, I understand more clearly now about the Vietnam conflict

The problem is the media. In this case, The Hill, its editors, and writer Laura Barron-Lopez. These charlatan propagandists stay around long after this Obama and the next Obama.
More energy should be directed at the PERSONS of these propagandists, and less at the current politicians who come and go. Ms. Barron-Lopez should receive some feedback regarding, directed to her personally, and to her editors personally, regarding the dangerous falsehood she spreads in her article in The Hill.
