The comments on the Boston paper were pretty merciless. But I’ve been on projects that were doomed from the start. I usually recognize them within a few minutes.
In this case the requirements constantly changed, there was never an opportunity to test the system and they were at the mercy of the folks in Canada running the show off the cliff.
Bingo. I doubt this lady knows how she and her people have been rolled by the system.
