The comments on the Boston paper were pretty merciless. But I’ve been on projects that were doomed from the start. I usually recognize them within a few minutes.

In this case the requirements constantly changed, there was never an opportunity to test the system and they were at the mercy of the folks in Canada running the show off the cliff.

Bingo. I doubt this lady knows how she and her people have been rolled by the system.

Does this sound familiar?

- no one reads or studies basic doctrine that under-gird fundamental processes

- "the good idea fairy" runs rampant, bringing forth unsound changes and more confusion

- assumptions started from a distorted worldview (non Judeo-Christian)

- project came from someone owing their position from their high heels and lipstick

The health care industry and the U.S. Intelligence Community have a lot in common.
