So what happens (besides massive audits) if a company tells the IRS to pound sand?

The IRS padlocks their business, freezes all their monetary assets so they can’t pay for their own defense, audits the last 10 years of records, sends in the FBI, DEA, OSHA, etc to investigate and fine them...
you know...
“due process”.

I am guessing, treatment similar to what the tea party groups endured under the IRS troops. And visits from OHSA, FBI, EPA, etc., etc. They will make the business owners’ lives hell for years to come.

If only enough had the balls.
