There’s the problem. Don’t babysit them, arrest them. Have a few paddy wagons at the gates and start filling them up. If they get into fights inside it, too bad. After booking and spraying them with de-licer, call their parents but don’t let them out. Have a night judge immediately give them all 6 months in juvie and another 6 months of community service. Give them $5000 fines for damages and jail their parents if the fine isn’t paid in 10 days. Next year, don’t let them out of school and don’t give them free admission. This behavior should have been nipped in the bud years ago.

Notice what organizations that were asked to help stem the violence.

No consequences, no stopping the violent actions, and there does not appear to be any consequences.

Before next year's fair, the agency plans to coordinate with community groups, including Tampa's Pastors on Patrol, the NAACP and the Sheriff's Black Advisory Council to get the word out that such behavior is unacceptable — like Tampa does before the Gasparilla parade.

Common sense and the perfect answer. (Except, I probably would've suggested semi-trailers instead of paddy wagons. Holds more yutes.)

Amendment to that . A country wide crack down on feral black yoots should be enacted and detention center set up. We have all those abused so called FEMA camps let’s fill them up and put them to good use.
