No Replacement, No Vote - From Article:" The speaker isn't to be trusted"

Last week, U.S. House speaker John Boehner backed down on immigration surrender. It took a firestorm of grassroots opposition to make the speaker drop Paul Ryan's cave-in to big business interests (led by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce) and the left, arrayed throughout the Democratic Party, the mainstream media, show biz, academia, and whatever other crags and holes they inhabit. And Democrat-supporting Hispanic pressure groups, which the GOP establishment believes needs to be appeased.

Note that the speaker only backed down. The bone of immigration surrender is still lodged in Boehner's pearly-whites. The speaker isn't to be trusted -- on immigration reform and other vital issues. If recent history is the guide, Boehner's capacity to trim amply and fold fast is seemingly unlimited.

It's high time that the grassroots insists that Speaker Boehner and his lieutenants be replaced come January 2015. The same goes for Mitch McConnell and his crew. Republican candidates for Congress should be asked to pledge to jettison Boehner, McConnell, et al. If candidates don't do so, then grassroots conservatives and Tea Pparty patriots should withhold resources and votes. It's a tough approach, but the stakes are enormous.

Some GOP candidates are already promising to oust Boehner if elected in November. Kansas State Senator Steve Fitzgerald (R-Leavenworth) is challenging incumbent Congresswoman Lynn Jenkins for the GOP nomination. He's on record as supporting a new speaker. Same goes for Georgia U.S. House candidate John Stone, who's making his second bid to dislodge Democrat incumbent John Barrow.

We need the shock treatment applied to the GOP.

This priamry season we need to replace as many RINOs with non-nonsense, in-you-face conservatives who will NOT back down to libs.

Indeed it is this primary season when we need to pick a candidate.

In the general, I will always vote R. It is the primary when I do my work.

I will never vote for a liberal(R) in the general. If Cornyn wins the primary, he still won't get my vote in the general.

Liberal republicans are more destructive than democrats, because they have your blessing to be liberal.

As I said, the right choice has to be made in the primary. You will not convince me that a 51-49 R majority is worse than a 49-51 minority.

However, your point is well taken. Liberal Rs are very bad. Again, this is why it's important to rid ourselves of them in the primary.

Politics takes money. The Republic is in peril. The Founders pledged "our Lives, our Fortunes, and our Sacred Honor". What can we do?

Here's a starter list for motivated RINO hunters.

Senate

Support Matt Bevin to oust Mitch McConnell in KY

Support Dwayne Stovall to oust John Cornyn in TX

Support Joe Carr to oust Lamar!

Support Lee Bright to oust Lindsey Graham in SC

Support Dr. Milton Wolf to oust Pat Roberts in KS

Support Chris McDaniel to oust Thad Cochran in MS

Also, support Ben Sasse for the open Senate seat in NE

House

Support Eric Gurr to oust John Boehner in OH-8

Also, press your Representative to NOT support Boehner for Speaker - or Cantor, either!

Support Dave Brat to oust Eric Cantor in VA-7

Also, press your Representative to NOT support Cantor for Speaker.

Support Katrina Pierson to oust Pete (NOT Jeff) Sessions in TX-32

Support Bryan Smith to oust Mike Simpson in ID-2

Support David Hale to oust Adam Kinzinger in IL-16

I will never vote for a liberal(R) in the general.

Ditto. No more blackmail of the so called lessor of two evils.

We are hell bent on getting rid of McConnell. But if he manages to win the primary with his dirty sh1t and scorched earth tactics, I will not vote for him in the general. The man has publicly dumped on conservatives in Kentucky. He gets nothing from me.

Last time the republicans had a majority in the Senate and House, they didn't do much to move forward conservative causes. Better to be rid of the liberal republicans.

I’m with you, 100%.

Cornyn has to go, no question about it. Steve Stockman or Dwayne Stovall, I have not quite decided, yet.

Every time I hear one of his campaign ads, my BP shoots through the roof! I predicted that he would go “Full Dewhurst” as soon as he had a Primary opponent and he has done just that.

Greg Abbott. Jerry Patterson. David Watts.

“Ditto. No more blackmail of the so called lessor of two evils.”

Since Jesus Christ isn’t on any ballot, if you won’t vote for the lesser of two evils, then you’ll never vote again.

What conservatives are being told to vote for is liberal republicans. They can pound sand.

No one expects Jesus to run for office, but the republicans could run someone that isn't pro-abortion and anti-gun and doesn't help the democrats with their socialist agenda.

In the general, I will always vote R.

I understand that position, and have always shared it in past elections.

But I think times have changed now. Having a Republican majority in the House has not helped us, because in truth the GOPe is only slightly less terrible than Democratic leadership.

I now believe that the most important thing to do, even if it results in Democrats winning the Senate AND the House, is to make it absolutely clear to the GOPe that the Republicans cannot win an election without the conservative base. And if that means the Democrats control the House, the Senate and the White House, so be it.

What difference, at this point, does it make, when our country is all but gone already? Unbelievable, today we have a Republican party that cannot sell liberty and limited government to the American people, because it no longer believes in those concepts.

So I will NOT vote for a GOP RINO in any election. I won't vote for a Democrat, but I will not pull a lever for a RINO. Period.

Either the GOP becomes a conservative party, or let it die.

Well, sure. It's what the GOP-e is counting on you saying. "Where else you gonna go?" It's worked for them for a long time, but that dog won't hunt anymore. They've openly and unabashedly shown their contempt for you and all of us. So crawl back like a beaten wife if you must, but don't be surprised that most of us have wised up.

“Cornyn has to go, no question about it. Steve Stockman or Dwayne Stovall, I have not quite decided, yet.”

it makes no diff, either vote will mitigate Cornyn getting his 50%.

I sent money to both candidates.

Voting for the lesser of two evils has resulted in our being in the current predicament.

If you can’t see this reality, I sure hope that you don’t vote at all.

The good news is that my Rep won’t vote for Boehner or Cantor to be Speaker. The bad news is he will vote for Pelosi or Hoyer.

Lesser of two evils is still evil. It’s why I didn’t vote for Zero or for his Socialist ringer, Slick Willard.
